Principal Skinner wins the lottery and quits his job as a principal. But, soon he figures out he didntt actually win so he tries to get his job back but is replaced by another principal. Principal Skinner teams up with Bart (by paying Bart with a get out of punishment free card) to get the other principal fired and Skinner his job back.
