"The Beat" is a promotional single by LaQuaria Ghetti, and was released on April 30, 2016 to promote her EP "I Wish...". The song was co-written by Azealia Banks (who featured on a remix of Ghetti's song "Me". "The Beat" features hip hop group cItYb0yZ (Bart Simpson, JayDee, LewisLoud), and was produced by LewisLoud and Canadian house producer LNS. The song was positively reviewed but the brevity of cItYb0yZ's appearence was negatively reviewed. In mid-May 2016, Azealia Banks's name was taken off the song's credits due to Azealia's twitter controversy.
